Origin of Siddhartha the word Siddhartha is made up of the two words in the Sanskrit language Siddha (achieved)+ Artha (wealth) which together means he who has found meaning of existence. Or he who has attained his goals. Siddhartha experience is the best way to approach understanding of reality and attain enlightment. Buddhas name before his renunciation was Prince Siddhaartha Gauthama inspired by the eternal bliss and Inner happiness the Founder trust members were motivated to start an educational endeavour thus was born the research Institution in Honour of the Lord Gauthama Buddha - SIDDHARTHA EDUCATIONAL AND REESEARCH TRUST and the Progeny was SIDDHAARTHA LEARNING ACADEMY.

1) It was formed to provide and establish educational institutions and to impart quality education and training to all the masses and deserving people of the country in Association, Collaboration, Partnership, Affiliation, with Central and State Govt universities, approved by UGC and which are Recognized by DEC and come under the purview of the AICTE.

2) It was envisioned as an institution dedicated to helping students evolve and shape themselves into effective managers by developing and delivering study programs that extends beyond the traditional limitations of classroom programs that emphasize the broader appreciation range of present responsibilities and that have a truly global presence.

3) AT SERT the focus is on FIVE major areas – IT, MANAGEMENT, ENGINEERING, RESEARCH and Traditional programs with course range from Undergraduate to Post graduate level.
